✧ ABOUT OUR STICKERS:

- All art belongs to Beary Stationery. Do not trace, copy, or steal. 

- Because this product is handmade, there may be some slight imperfections/flaws due to the nature of the product. Cut lines and colors may differ from what is seen in the product photos. We do our best to give our customers the best product possible. 

✧ SHIPPING + RETURNS (USA ONLY):

- Please allow 1-7 business days for processing time! :) 

I offer three shipping methods for USA 

Standard USPS Mail (No tracking) 

- Only for orders under $15 

- FLAT ITEMS ONLY (stickers, prints)

- All items will be shipped in a stamped envelope without tracking to minimize costs. 

USPS FIRST CLASS (Tracked) 

- Orders over $15

- If you ordered an item that is not flat, like our washi tapes, you MUST choose this shipping method.

- Mailed in poly mailer or small package. 

USPS FIRST CLASS (TRACKING FOR STICKERS/ FLAT ITEMS ONLY)

- Only for orders under $15

- FLAT ITEMS ONLY (stickers, prints)

- Items shipped in mailer with tracking!

✧ WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED/REFUNDED?

- If you choose the wrong shipping method, it will refund/cancel your order! So please be sure to read the shipping descriptions. 

✧ RETURNS + EXCHANGES

- No returns or exchanges will be accepted and I am not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. After they are shipped out, they are no longer my responsibility due to the item being in the care of the USPS. 

- I do not allow returns due to the nature of the products. If you have an issue with your order please contact me via the contact form or on instragram @bearystationery

✧ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

I am not currently doing any international orders at the moment! If you are out of the USA and would like to order, please do so on my etsy

✧ I put the wrong address on my order and didn't receive it. What can I do? 

- I ship to the address that you provided so PLEASE make sure this is correct before submitting your order. Please understand that I am not responsible for orders with the incorrect address after they are shipped out. 

✧ How do I care for my vinyl stickers? 

- Please make sure the surface you are planning to stick the sticker on is clean and free from debris before placing it.

- It is highly recommended that you hand wash your water bottles if you have a vinyl sticker attached to it. Putting it through the dishwasher may make it wear out faster and could potentially ruin the sticker. 

-  I recommend applying to your surface for at least 24 hours if you plan on exposing to the sticker to water.

- PLEAE NOTE: the vinyl stickers have a permanent adhesive so it is not recommended to peel them off after you have placed them unless you plan on compromsing the intergity of the sticker. 

✧ Why is my order taking so long? 

- Please be mindful that orders made towards the end of the week may take longer to arrive and/or may take a while to show up on tracking due to the mail service to be closed on the weekends. 

- It usually takes me 1-7 BUSINESS days (Mon-Fri) to process orders.
